Epicure General Tao

We did a taste test of Epicure General Tao. I’m going to admit I have low expectations but super happy with the results. Epicure is gluten free, free of additives and delicious!

This is what the seasoning looks like. You add some soya sauce to the mix and ketchup and let it sit.

I cut up chicken breast and added it to flour. Then added it to wok and cooked it in batches. You can also make it with califlower or tofu if you want to make it vegetarian.

I then took the cut up bell peepers and fried them in the pan after the chicken. I took the chicken out and let it sit.
After that I added the chicken back in and mixed it with the veggies and general tao seasoning.

I don’t even have an after photo cause my family ate it so quickly! It goes well with rice and super easy to make in the wok.
You can make some other fun recipes with General Tao including on lettuce wraps.
