Epicure Queso
Epicure has some new items including the super popular item Ooey Gooey Queso! The Epicure Queso was a taste test in the summer and now here in the fall catalogue.
It is a cheddar cheese-based hot dip mix and very mild tasting. Easy to make a dip but also you can make it other ways!
One easy way to make it with chicken! Add some chicken, rice, avocado, and of course the dip for a creamy delicious supper. You can use tofu as an alternative to chicken. Find the recipe here!
Another popular item is to make a version of hamburger helper! I love this version because my kids love pasta and it’s an easy way to change up the recipe. You can use pasta, tomatoes, ground turkey or ground chicken. To make it a balanced meal add a side salad. Here is a link to the recipe.
I’m excited to be able to make this with my kids. I think it will be popular as a dip or versatile to make with different dishes and a very popular one with Epicure Consultants.
