Epicure Keema Curry

Epicure Keema Curry is delicous! This delicious South Asian dish can be made in the Epicure Wok. This delicious Madras curry has spicy ginger notes and a citrus finish.
Unlike the traditional curry, this one can be made quickly in 20 minutes or less!
If you want to make it vegan use lentils in this dish.

I tested it out and here are some photos of it in action.

I then put ground beef in the Epicure saute pan to cook while I put the potatoes in the round steamer. The steamer was to save time so I could get it on the table quickly.

This is the finished product. I cooked the ground beef, added the potatoes and then the seasonings. You can add peas and then serve with rice.
