Epicure has released a new Hollandaise sauce! It’s an easy no-fail sauce. It’s great with bagels, waffles, quick biscuits, or cornbread. It goes well with lemon dilly dip mix or Spanish paprika.

This creamy sauce can be made with butter and water. The sauce is gluten-free, egg-free, and has no artificial flavours.

You can make a lot of different recipes like serve it with salmon and asparagus, drizzle over pan-fried potatoes, or make a sauce.

This hollandaise sauce is much easier than making it from scratch!
