Returns and Refunds

Because all of our products are custom printed on demand just for you, all sales are considered final. However we understand that sometimes things happen and we want you to be happy with your order.

When We Will Accept a Return

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

Email us at shopannedickson@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as they will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
